Delivery Schedule : AM 10am-12pm PM 2:00pm-5:30pm- ( Valentine’s Day hours )

There are two delivery schedules and an exact time is cannot be provided unless otherwise agreed upon. If you prefer different delivery times please call us and we will do our best to accommodate to your preferred schedule.

Please note: if there is no one answering the door, florals will be left in a secure location at address given, unless otherwise indicated or agreed upon.

How Do I Know When My Order Is Ready?

When your order is completed you will get a message notifying you the delivery has been completed. For pickup we will send you a message when your order is ready!

ALL wrapped bouquets include a small water source of water that will hold for a couple of hours. It is recommended to always fresh cut stems before adding to a vase with water and flower food.

Substitution Policy: Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your arrangement due to availability of certain flowers at certain times of the year. Care is taken to maintain th style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal or greater value.
