Order Changes and Cancellations

• Mike’s Flowers is unable to change orcancel orders already in process.

• Cancellations to ANY Arrangements must be done within 3 days to receive a refund. Once arrangment or bouquet is done or flowers are ordered we cannot guarantee full refund and deposit will not be refunded.

• Any flowers and or products/ supplies already paid for by your florist will result in hold of deposit.

• All sales are final.

Substitution Policy

• Occasionally substitution of flowers, containers or vases may be necessary, If this is the case Mike’s Flowers will Insure that the arrangement will be equal or higher value.

• We guarantee to keep the “look and feel” of the arrangement by considering the shape, size, style and color combinations.

• If you would like a special occasion card added to your order please note the occasion and message you would like written on the card.
