Order Changes and Cancellations

• Mike’s Flowers is unable to change or cancel orders already in process.

• Cancellations to ANY Arrangements must be done within 24 hours to receive full refund. Once arrangment or bouquet is done or flowers are ordered we cannot guarantee full refund and deposit will not be refunded.

• All sales are final.

Substitution Policy

• Occasionally substitution of flowers, containers or vases may be necessary, If this is the case Mike’s Flowers will Insure that the arrangement will be equal or higher value.

• We guarantee to keep the “look and feel” of the arrangement by considering the shape, size, style and color combinations.

• If you would like a special occasion card added to your order please note the occasion and message you would like written on the card.
