Substitution Policy
Seasonal conditions and supply of flowers may affect the ability to fill your order as requested. In this case reasonable substitutions will be made, such as the same type of flower in another color, or if color is specific (ex: pink and white) we will use only pink and white flowers of another type with the same value to fill your order. If the vase in the picture is not available we will use one as similar as possible.
For same day pick-up or delivery, please be aware substitutions may be necessary.
