Substitution Policy: Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your arrangement due to availability of certain flowers at certain times of the year. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal or greater value.

Seasonal conditions and supply of flowers may affect the ability to fill your order as requested. In this case reasonable substitutions will be made, such as the same type of flower in another color, or if color is specific , we will another type of flower with the same value to fill your order.  If the container in the picture is not available, we will use one as similar as possible.
